Head Office Sales

Business Development Personnel
  • A graduate of any four (4) year business course from a prestigious school
  • Strong background in market research, data gathering and collation
  • With comprehensive work experience on analysis of gathered information focus on competition & market and prepare report thereof.
  • Prepares financial projections and analysis (i.e. cash flow, financial statement, payback, balance sheet, return on investment, net present value and internal rate of return) 
  • With technical knowledge on project estimates, billing, maintaining marketing expense reports and  project tracking spread sheets and business line marketing calendars.   
  • With at least three (3) to five (5) years work related experience in a realty estate industry
  • With excellent communication skills both oral and written form
  • Detail – oriented; team player; with high sense of urgency

Project / Site Engineer
  • Preferably a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
  • At least three (3) to five (5) years work related experience in a construction or real estate Industry; Passed the licensure examinations. 
  • With solid work experience in both vertical and horizontal projects
  • With thorough knowledge on schedules and forecasts of project development
  • With capability to develop and update monitoring reports and budgets and tracks current trends.
  • With full technical background knowledge of the assigned project
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders 
  • Must have excellent computer skills, including applicable programs

Project Manager
  • Preferably a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering; licensed
  • With more than five (5) years work related experience in a managerial capacity in a construction or real estate industry
  • With solid work experience in both vertical and horizontal projects
  • Strong managerial skill specifically on project management
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders; and must be able to adapt to the fast changing environment.
  • Must have excellent computer skills, including applicable programs
  • With high sense of integrity and commitment

Architect
Accounting Assistant
  • Graduate of a four year degree preferably Bachelor of Science In Accountancy or its equivalent.
  • With at least one (1) year work related experience in general accounting work in a real estate Industry
  • With prior experience in preparation of invoices in batches for data entry, enter invoices into the system, run backup reports, make a record of checks,  log checks into the log book, prepare manual checks, maintain general ledgers, maintain vendor files and maintain monthly financial reports.
  • Must be able to maintain general ledgers and accurately prepare, enter, monitor and audit accounts payable processes and procedures and maintain confidentiality.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, team building, bookkeeping, problem solving, decision-making and communication skills.
  • Must have basic written skills and computer knowledge and be able to manage his time and stress levels efficiently.
  • Must be honest, trustworthy, respectful and flexible

Accountant
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from a prestigious university; CPA
  • With at least two (2) years work related experience in a real estate business.
  • Solid work experience in preparation, examination, and analysis of accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Familiar on taxes computation and preparation of tax returns; ensures compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
  • With ability to analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice
  • Prepares and submits reports to management regarding the finances of establishment.
  • Establishes table of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts
  • Develops, maintains, and analyzes budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
  • With high sense of integrity and commitment

Credit and Collection Staff
  • Graduate of any four (4) year business course from a prestigious school.
  • With at least five (5) years work related experience in a real estate industry.
  • With excellent communication skills both oral and written form; excellent customer relations skill
  • Results driven; with high sense of integrity and commitment
  • Performs regular operational and administrative duties of the department that include daily processing of the accounts and reporting;
  • Compiles the statistics and reports to be reviewed by the management
  • Liaises with department managers / heads on work matters.
